I realize I dropped the car off on a Tuesday without an appointment but is was mid-Friday before I had heard from the shop about progress. a diagnostic had been run and a course of action determined of which I approved with the indication that the work would be done on Monday. Got a call on Tuesday late afternoon saying work done. service was good but would suggest touching base with customer if for no other reason than update. thanks.

This was my first time doing business with Autohaus. They started work on my car within 5 minutes of my appointment time. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed the work at the time they said that they would be done. The waiting area was clean and all the staff was friendly. On top of that my car runs great now. What more can you ask for! Thank you
