All of a sudden I needed a battery for my BMW X5. I was selling it and I didn’t want the new owner to have any problems. Autohaus is by appointment but they took the job without an appointment. Thank you very much!

The team took the time to find out what was going on with my vehicle, discover that it was in a condition that was dangerous to drive, Determined that they were unable to do that Particular repair, And sent me on my way without charging me a penny. I have brought my Volkswagen here twice now, and both times I was blown away by their fantastic customer service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was happening with my car. Their Technician Kyle is very quick with his work and obviously is very talented and their work is priced at a rate that I think is very fair, and I genuinely have no complaints at all. Highly recommend Autohaus for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service! I’m hoping I won’t have to take my car in again for major repairs anytime soon but if I need to, I will definitely come back here!

Have tried a few options around Eugene since moving here 10+ years ago. Tried AH on a neighbors recommendation. First time at Autohaus for my M3. Everyone was super nice, fully answered all my questions, did a great job with the car. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.
