Took my ID 4 to Autohaus to have the brake fluid flushed and refilled based on VW Eugene's recommendation to have it done. Autohaus checked the water content and at 1% it didn't need replacement. 4% is the number for replacement. Really appreciate their honesty. Will go back there if any other mechanical issues occur.

Autohaus is fantastic! Spoke initially with Isaiah to set up appt. Arrived and was greeted by Isaiah. He got me checked in quickly and the service tech promptly started working on my wife’s 2020 Porsche Macan S. Isaiah kept me updated on the progress and also let me know that, per the tech, the battery was close to its end of life. No sales pressure at all but went ahead and had a new battery installed. Overall, great experience and will be going back for all service needs. Thanks Autohaus team!

The staff was professional. They did their best to troubleshoot the problem with my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI. The technician took it for several test drives with a scanner. However, the car did not display the problem that I’m experiencing to their technician during these test drives so the problem remains. The best part is, they didn’t charge me for the Services as they could not properly diagnose the issue. I would recommend them.
