I brought a 2015 Audi S5 to this shop under the impression it would be taken care of. I received the car back with only 2 out of 6 services done, brake fluid all over the engine bay, differential fluid covering the rear suspension and exhaust. They broke the threads on the supercharger intercooler cores and refuse to pay to replace them unless I bring the car back to them, which will not happen. The supercharger is now constantly leaking coolant and it will cost another $500+ to have everything they broke fixed by another shop. Lastly, the technicians working on my car felt it was okay to take mine and their personal cars out for photos. DO NOT take your car here.
CJ, When you dropped off the car you gave us the time line of us keeping the car for a few days, to take our time, then the next day called for update then said you have to have it back by 3:30 the next day. not giving us adequate time to clean up the areas. The threads on the supercharger for the coolant bleed screws that you asked us to replace with your parts had been glued in and had damaged the sealing surface, we installed them the best as we could, wanted to research and make repairs, however you had to have the car. we offered to get it back and address all of your concerns under our warranty and you declined. As for the pictures I agree and apologize for it, he just thought your car was extremely nice, I have discussed it with the technician that did it and assure it will not happen again. We are all human and things can happen, we as a business do not want unhappy customers and do our best to come to mutual understanding and compromise but can only do this if allowed too
