My tire mechanics discovered a stripped lug nut when changing the tires on my 2011 328xi. I ordered a new one from Autohaus, and they were able to get the lug nut next morning, clean and re-thread the hub, and get me back on my way in less than 1/2 an hour. All this for less than what Firestone quoted just for ordering the nut and screwing it back in. I highly recommend Autohaus for your BMW.
