First time bringing my Audi to Autohaus. I brought it in for routine maintenance and oil change. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, great service. They had a loaner car available so I didn't need to arrange for a ride. Good experience and I will be going back for my next routine maintenance.

I called Autohaus to arrange a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a car I was intending to buy from dealership that was three hours away from my home. Even though they were booked up for a weeks in advance, they managed to slip the car in for the inspection the very next day. Their inspection revealed some fairly serious items that needed immediate attention, which were subsequently corrected by the dealership prior to the sale, and saved me about $1,000 in repair costs that would have been incurred soon after I bought the car.
