I SOOOOO appreciate all the personal service: trouble with a faulty battery , so Friday I needed to have it towed to Auto Haus....it was a new battery so I just knew it could not be that..... Anyway, Rob stayed open until after 6, because I would need a ride home!!! ( they close at 5). He gave me this CUTE loaner car to dive home....told me someone would be contacting me on Monday. They checked my car all out, and each time they started it, it ran beautifully. Jesse told me they would like to keep it a few more days to get to the bottom of the problem. Well, middle of the week Jesse called...he was going to have someone drive it and then let it sit over nite and THEN see if it would start....the next day he called again and said it was in deed the battery, faulty one....had only had it since October!!! Cynthia and rob brought the car up to my home... Again, GREAT SERVICE!!!! Thanks, kids!!!
