I had called two days ahead for the service and had received the email confirming the appointment. However, when I arrived to the office I had been told the part is not been ordered yet. So, I had to wait until the next week to get the service.

Brought my car up from San Diego and had Autohaus do an inspection. They were super fast and reliable. Got my car in and let me use a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Autohaus was super quick and honest which is something I feel you have a hard time finding at a car repair business. You’re stupid if you do not take your German car to them.

Moving up from San Diego and to Seattle (as my final destination) and I was referred to Autohaus as a good and honest place to take my Mini Cooper. I had taken it to the Mini Dealership a few months back and to my surprise the dealership had emailed me a PDF of EVERYTHING that was wrong with my car and that needed to be fixed. Needless to say I drove up to Eugene from SD and dropped off the mini to have it looked over and repaired. They were awesome in a whole other level of customer service to offer me a loaner car while mine stayed in the shop (MAJOR POINTS AWARDED). It took about 3 days for them to look it over and make the necessary repairs (which was only a brake fluid flush). From Cynthia (the front desk advisor) to the technician that worked on my car, Autohaus was super nice, fast, and honest! I would bring my Mini back down from Seattle again if I needed something major done. Thanks again you guys for doing such an awesome job.
