Autohaus was great about getting me in as soon as possible for an issue that was more weird than anything else. My oil dipstick had broken off and gotten stuck in my oil pan! They were able to drop everything and replace the parts needed and change my oil at the same time, which saved me on labor. When Jesse let me know that it was going to take longer than he thought, he gave me a discount without me saying anything. As for the price and service, as wonderful as always! The only issue I ever have is having to call for updates rather than Autohaus calling me. A small price to pay for great service from a reliable, honest company.

What I love about Autohaus is the complete trust I am able to put in them. On so many occasions, they have talked me out of services or identified things that can be taken care of in an order that makes sense. So when they tell me that something actually needs to be done, I don't need to question it, and it is right or they are not happy. Jesse is always attentive on the phone, communicative about changes in plan, and clear with his estimates. Always appreciate the loaners too. Great folks and solid ethics.
