Autohaus did it again. personable, friendly and knowledgeable folks. their email and text reminders help to jog my appointment memory. i prefer to take care of auto repairs and maintenance locally with a business i trust and i highly recommend autohaus to all of my friends who want peace of mind.

A bit over a week ago my '06 325i grew a distressing cylinder miss while traveling from Portland, headed for Florence, at 6:00 AM. I managed to get the car to Autohaus just as they were opening for the morning. Although I obviously had no appointment, and they were booked solid for the day, Jessie arranged for the car to be quickly triaged whereupon it was determined parts were required and they could effect the necessary repairs the next morning. The concern displayed for my situation and the effort they made to address the problem expeditiously are sincerely appreciated.
