Why do I bring my car to Autohaus.. It's all Cynthia's fault... Her smile. It's Jessie's fault... His customer service skills and knowledge. It's the outstanding, competent job done on the car by first class service technicians. It's the feeling I get driving away knowing I can feel assured that my car just received the best service and care. Autohaus and its staff are the BEST!

We are a family of German Car people. Myself(Audi), my wife(Mercedes), sister(VW), and father(BMW) all take our vehicles to Autohaus for whatever the vehicles need. I am always pleased with the quality of service, workmanship, and additional effort made to make us feel important as customers. This is "the garage" in the Eugene area to take your German vehicle.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable mechanics!

This was my first time at Autohaus, and my experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. They repaired my bmw in a timely manner, and took the time to answer all of my additional questions, including showing me the parts on my vehicle that need attention. I appreciate their thoroughness and completed work. I also enjoyed meeting their sweet dogs. Thank you!

Very good service. The work took longer than expected or was delayed but the service quality was fine. Jesse Wilson provide good feedback regarding the outcome of the routine service and the rationale for the completed work. I will be back when service is required again. Sincerely

I've been taking my 2007 Mercedes ML350 to Autohaus since I purchased it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They are the BEST! Don't bother with the dealership, these guys are the best mechanics in Eugene!
