I was very happy that I wasn't charged for having them look for a leak from something under the car. It turned out to be nothing but drainage from the air conditioner. Glad I have a good place to take my car where I can trust they will do the right thing

We were on vacation and what we thought was a serious check transmission light came on... We went on Yelp and read the Autohaus reviews: honest, skilled, and proficient, so we took a detour to their location. We are so glad we did! They worked us in their packed schedule and determined the issue was minor, within an hour they had us on our way. The cost, absolutely nothing. If we lived in Eugene they would have a customer for life.

I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They provided me with a loaner car. They serviced my S500 Mercedes and gave me a full report. I am new to the Eugene-Springfield area and have gained a trustworthy repair shop.

We had a problem getting the headlight properly re-installed after changing the bulb. The design could have been more owner friendly. But your technician's knowledge of how it goes together was key in getting the problem corrected.
