German Auto Repair in Eugene

I've only taken my car to Autohaus once (Sept.2015) but I liked the business because I believe they did a good job diagnosing various problems which I mentioned to them. In addition, staff seem to act in a manner that is professional and customer-friendly. Lastly the shop looks clean and modern which may not matter much, but to me it indicates paying attention to detail.

Service on my 2010 Jetta Sportwagon was prompt and matched exactly the estimated cost. The loaner vehicle allowed me to live my life without interruption. I have been pleased with my service each time I have needed care for my automobile.

Fabulous. Took my Mercedes in for A service, got a loaner car pronto. No tedious paperwork, showing licenses, etc. for the loaner. Quick, quick, quick. The A Serivce was substantially less money than the dealer would have charged. AND, the Mercedes dealer repair guy told me that my burned out rear license plate lamp was a very expensive replacement as the whole license plate area had to be taken out and reassembled. Oh, poopah. Not so. Autohaus replaced the lamp for FREE. The waiting room is spotless, and entertaining. They have a scrolling presentation screen about their services, staff, greenness, etc. And the dogs are adorable. Very fun. Great experience all the way around. Thank you, Autohaus. You rock!

Fantastic service as always, they went the extra mile to fix a radio issue I had after diagnosing a check engine light, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a German car!

I took a Porsche Boxster in for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection was thorough and they spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all my questions.

After experiencing intermittent misfiring on my trip from Aspen to Eugene in my X3 I looked on-line for a BMW shop and Autohaus had such glowing reviews that I called them as I got into town. Jesse was extremely friendly on the phone and after telling him that I would only be in town three days he reassured me that they could diagnose the issues the next morning. I dropped the vehicle off the next day and Jessie remembered my name and was very courteous. A diagnosis came back in less than 2 hours...parts were ordered....job completed the following day and I was on my way home to San Francisco. The car ran perfectly for the nine hour drive south and I am very pleased that I selected Autohaus in an unfamiliar town.... They have my unreserved recommendation and my thanks for an efficient job well done. Thank you Jessie and the team.

My second visit to Autohaus was as positive as the first. Friendly, comprehensive, and obviously expert service. The use of the free loaner vehicle is most appreciated as I must commute from Florence in order to find quality BMW service.
