After experiencing intermittent misfiring on my trip from Aspen to Eugene in my X3 I looked on-line for a BMW shop and Autohaus had such glowing reviews that I called them as I got into town. Jesse was extremely friendly on the phone and after telling him that I would only be in town three days he reassured me that they could diagnose the issues the next morning. I dropped the vehicle off the next day and Jessie remembered my name and was very courteous. A diagnosis came back in less than 2 hours...parts were ordered....job completed the following day and I was on my way home to San Francisco. The car ran perfectly for the nine hour drive south and I am very pleased that I selected Autohaus in an unfamiliar town....
