In all my 17 years of driving, I've never come across a more professional, dedicated mechanic or auto shop than those at Autohaus in Eugene, Oregon. Not the dealership I purchased my BMW from nor the other various auto dealerships I've been to even remotely come close to the quality, efficiency, care and expertise these individuals put forth. I don't even normally go out of my way to write reviews, matter of fact this is may even be my first but here I am writing it because what normally would've taken a week at other shops, took 24 hours here.
