Autohaus, without question, have the best customer service I've ever run across. I'm from out of state and took my Cayenne Turbo to them with a potentially expensive brake issue. Upon arriving, whatever fears I had of going to an unfamiliar mechanic, were immediately dismissed. These are the finer points of my experience: 1. Friendly upon arrival and listened to every long drawn out concern I had. 2. Loaned me a courtesy car and said they'd call in an hour. An hour later, they called. 3. Gave me an expert, detailed diagnosis, even calling my mechanics in L.A. to confer. 4. Offered the best options for me to have it serviced. 5. Left completely dumbfounded by the invoice in hand. Total cost = 0 (It was agreed since I had to return to L.A. anyway, the best option and most cost effective for me was to have my mechanic replace the under-warranty rotors.) I can't thank Autohaus enough for the most honest and professional experience... oh but wait, I can. Autohaus will now be my auto repair of choice once I relocate to Eugene in a couple of months. And that, folks, is how it's done to keep a customer coming back!
