I have been using their car repair services for over 13 years. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Everyone is helpful and they don't try to sell services I don't need as I have experienced with other car repair places.

We have taken our vehicles (3- Mercedes and Volkswagens) here for more than a decade. Jesse is fantastic to work with and they are very up front about the costs. I have called in to ask questions and gotten real answers and advise without being asked to "bring it in." You won't be paying for "cheap labor" but the job gets done correctly, every time, at a price that values the employees and their dedication to quality service. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else in Eugene.
