I realize I dropped the car off on a Tuesday without an appointment but is was mid-Friday before I had heard from the shop about progress. a diagnostic had been run and a course of action determined of which I approved with the indication that the work would be done on Monday. Got a call on Tuesday late afternoon saying work done. service was good but would suggest touching base with customer if for no other reason than update. thanks.
