First time customer. Waited in the lobby while car getting serviced. Steady stream of HAPPY customers, many on a first-name basis. Steady calls of incoming customers setting up appointments, happy to wait a week to get in line for service. Those that need it were scheduled for loaner cars. The HAPPY customers told me that I can sleep well knowing that my car was serviced superbly. Never seen anything quite like it.
