I always get great service at Autohaus on my 2006 Mini-Cooper, and that was true of my recent visit as well. I went to them with a battery problem brought on by my own "pilot error" , which they promptly fixed while graciously ignoring the bad attitude I came in with due to my misunderstanding of what had caused the actual problem.
