They are accessible, conscientious, thorough, honest, and (so far as I can tell) competitively priced; the entire staff is a pleasure to work with -- special praise for manager Jesse -- and I have complete confidence in them. I took my 2015 Mini Cooper 2-door hardtop in for what seemed to me a "sticky" clutch and, after road-testing the car, they found nothing amiss, and Jesse declined to accept payment. Highly recommended.
