I have to say they are awesome! I could not recommend them more! I have a mini and my battery died. My car needs the battery to be coded. otherwise it's normally something I could do myself. I called a couple of other shops in town. The first shop wanted to charge me $400.00 just for the battery. The second shop wanted $300.00 for the battery. Just for part not including labor. The BMW wanted $229.00 for the battery. We all know dealers are always way more expensive. So obviously the other shops are way over pricing parts. Anyways, I found Autohaus on 7th and Fillmore. They did not price gouge me and their customer service was absolutely awesome! Got a loaner car, got the work done when they said they would. It was great all around. They will absolutely be my go to from now on. I have had a lot of experience, because I'm a woman, a lot of car shops will price gouge simply because they think I don't know anything about my car. If anyone wants the names of the other 2 shops if you DM me I will tell you.
