German Auto Repair in Eugene

I had some major issues with my 2009 Audi A4 recently. The shop was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process, they helped me weigh my options and were never pushy. They gave me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with.

I have been taking both my cars to Auto Haus for many years, and find the service to be EXCELLENT !!!! They really do know cars; one of my cars is a 1984 and the other a 1986...there were not many made of either model; thus, finding parts or just repairing them is a challenge, but Auto Haus seems to always get the job done!!!! I am so thankful they are here in Eugene! Thank you, Jesse, for making sure everything is always perfect!!

Spoke with manager for appointment, scheduled an inspection on the system I specified, the manager got me in within 2 days. They looked at exactly the components I requested, and then troubleshot and fixed my situation quickly.
